A deliberate period between live contracts, building rather than billing:
- Refreshing how Aquvalue shows up. New website, brand system, and a clearer account of what I do and who I do it with.
- Putting AI to work in the practice. Building it into how I research, write and run delivery: not as a gimmick, as a tool that earns its place.
- Opening up coaching, mentoring and training. Formalising the development side of the work. See Coaching, mentoring & training.
- Short-term advisory work. Taking on focused advisory pieces between contracts: reviews, scoping and a sounding board for sponsors. Get in touch if that would help.
